3. AI voice assistant and call recording
Calls may be answered by an automated AI voice assistant rather than a person. The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant, does not claim to be human, and offers a way to reach a person or request a callback where available. AI-generated responses and call summaries may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Where call recording is enabled, callers are told at the start of the call that the call may be recorded.
